As the Tech Lead in the company, I took on several responsibilities, including providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members, leading technical discussions with stakeholders, and performing code reviews to ensure best practices were being applied. I was also responsible for rebuilding the entire backend, moving from PHP to Node.js and TypeScript, and following the Clean Architecture. I implemented a new authorization service using AWS Cognito for added security, and integrated multiple payment gateways for a more seamless user experience. In addition, I implemented a new Frontend architecture for the web platform, moving from CRA to Next.js, to improve performance and scalability.

I was responsible for leading the redesign of the entire app, utilizing React Native, TypeScript, React Query, and other core libraries to improve performance and scalability. I also created a Design System and components library to ensure consistency in design throughout the app. To streamline the release process, I implemented an automated CI/CD process. Additionally, I wrote E2E and Unit tests for the entire app, using Detox and Jest, to ensure that the app was thoroughly tested before release. My contributions were key to the success of the app and the company's mobile strategy.

I took on the leadership role of rebuilding a large e-commerce mobile app, which I chose by moving from Xamarin to React Native. I also developed dozens of small-business and MVP apps, which helped me to gain a lot of experience in different industries and business models. Additionally, I migrated more than 10 mobile apps that were built and deployed locally to a fully automated CI/CD pipeline, which improved the efficiency and reliability of the release process. These contributions helped the company to stay up to date with the newest technologies and trends in the mobile industry and improve the performance of the apps and their release process.

I developed a low-code template builder for the e-commerce platform using Vue.js, Node.js, and JavaScript. This tool allowed non-technical users to create custom pages and templates for their online store. I also integrated more than 20 marketplaces with the platform using both PHP and Node.js, which expanded the reach and capabilities of the e-commerce platform. Additionally, I built a scalable web scraper API using Node.js, Puppeteer, and AWS for infrastructure. This API was then used to develop a price monitor platform with Vue.js, which helped to optimize pricing strategies and increase competitiveness. These contributions helped the company to improve the performance of its e-commerce platform and gain more marketplaces.
